Maryland Latin@ Summit: Turning Obstacles into Opportunities

8:30 a.m.–4 p.m., University Union, Towson University

Due to the exponential growth of the Latino community in Maryland, service providers and community members discuss current needs and future trends for Latinos. This year’s summit, “Turning Obstacles into Opportunities,” explores how this dynamic process shapes, informs and transforms the Latino community. Guest Speakers include Renee Saucedo, Esq, immigrant rights attorney and human rights activist; and Dr. Claudia Campos, clinical psychologist, sexologist and couples therapist.
