The following form is for Adult Registration only. If you would like to register your children for the Youth Leadership Academy or Child Care please click on the appropriate links in the above navigation.

*Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will apply to all workshops. Three Core of Knowledge Hours in the area of Community will be offered for MFCC, LCSW, Psychology, and Child Care providers. The cost for a certificate for the hours is $5. Please click here to pay only if you would like a certificate for the Core of Knowledge Hours.
